gma to ajt: did you hear about the neutrinos that go faster than light?
ajt to gma/gpa: what are treenos?
daddy & gpa to ajt: neutrinos are subatomic particles, like the particles in atoms.
silence from ajt. conversation moves on to some other topic.
hours later.
mommy comes home from a conference.
ajt to mommy, as she's getting out of the car: mommy, mommy, mommy, did you hear about the trees that grow faster that light bulbs in atoms?
